Equipment Summary

Introduction:Hot feeding rubber extruder machine can be used for the shaping extrusion of various kinds of rubber products, rubber products, rubber wrap up for the out layer of the wire and electric cable and to do the rubber filter extrusion as well.

Main configuration:

1)Screw: The screw is made of 38CrMoAlA high - quality nitrided steel. It has undergone quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment. The surface hardness reaches HRC60 - 65, and the hardened layer depth is 0.5 - 0.7 mm.

2)Bushing: The bushing is also made of 38CrMoAlA high - quality nitrided steel. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC65 - 70, and the hardened layer depth is 0.5 - 0.7 mm.

3)Machine Body: The machine body is made of ZG270 - 500. It is cast with cavities for heating and cooling of the machine body. It is also equipped with a side pressure roller for forced feeding.

4)Reducer: A special hard - to - hard tooth surface reducer for extruders is used. The meshing accuracy is grade 6, and it is equipped with forced lubrication.

5)Main Motor: A Y - series AC motor is used, and the products of well - known domestic motor manufacturers are selected.

6)Speed Control Device: The speed is controlled by a frequency converter. The frequency converter is a special one for extruders.

7)Extrusion Head: It is an ordinary rubber hose extrusion head.
