Equipment summary

Introduction: 
This cooling unit is composed of connecting device, an isolation water tank, lifting device, an air-cooled drying device, a cutting device or stacking device, which realizes automatic continuous operation and high efficiency. The cooling effect is good, horizontal and vertical cutting can be realized, and the cutting length can be adjusted; the application of the release agent will not cause environmental pollution.

Application: 
This machine is used to carry out rubber sheet isolation agent coating, cooling, blow drying, slicing and stacking. The rubber sheet cooling ways can be immersion type or spray type according to users' requirements.

Features: Adopting belt lifting, stainless steel immersion water tank, rubber sheet joint; stepping conveyor chain. Equipped with speed adjustable frequency conversion motor, rubber sheet hanging length can be regulated freely. collecting device adopts transverse cutting or swing stacked sheet. And longitudinal cutting device can be done as per users' requirements. 1. The operations of separate applying, air cooling, drying, cutting and wig-wag stacking are performed in a single machine, forming continuous production at high efficiency. 2. Rubber slabs are soaked thus applied with the separant so that the coating is even without pollution to the environment. 3. A long tim is set for air cooling of rubber slabs so that the cooling effect is good. 4. Slabs can be cut to length during operation and the length is adjustable. 5. Use of PLC control and the frequency-control speed regulatioin makes it possible to control the whole process.

Machine function: main function of the unit is to cool rubber strip coming either from two-roll mill or from roller-die calender and stacking of cooled rubber sheet on palette. 1. The front access device uses a cylinder to control the up and down, and the frequency converter adjusts the conveying speed of the conveyor belt; the joint device uses a cylinder to drive the pressing roller to press the joint structure. 2. The isolating agent liquid water tank is welded with 304 stainless steel plates and equipped with isolating agent cooling pipes. 3. The front lifting device adopts two non-joint endless modular conveyor belts to clamp and convey, so as to transport the film to the glue hanging rod, so that the film will not slide down due to the large slope. 4. The advancing method of the glue hanging rod is driven by a motor reducer; the glue hanging rod material is 304 stainless steel pipe welding; the conveying speed can be adjusted by the frequency converter. 5. The subsequent take-up conveyor belt is conveyed by a jointless endless conveyor belt with pressure rubber rollers; the frequency converter adjusts the conveying speed of the conveyor belt. 6. The swinging glue device adopts a cam mode, and the motor drives the swinging glue box to swing the film through the swing arm, so that the film can achieve the effect of stacking.
