Product Description

Introduction:

Hot feed rubber extruder is mainly used in the production of various rubber products stereotypes extrusion. With different head can be used for hose and wire, cable extrusion plastic bags, all kinds of tire tread extruding and various special-shaped film, sheet extrusion.

 

Main Configuration:

1) Screw: The lining material is 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC60-65, and the depth of hard layer is 0.5-0.7mm. It is hollow.
2) Bushing: The materials are made of 38CrMoAlA high-quality nitrided steel. After quenching and tempering and surface nitriding treatment, the surface hardness reaches HRC65-70, and the depth of hard layer is 0.5-0.7mm.
3) Reducer: The reducer with hard hard tooth surface dedicated to the extruder is selected, and the meshing accuracy is 6. The reducer is equipped with a vent cap and an oil drain plug (installed at the bottom of the reducer). Forced lubrication is adopted. With a window, the input and output shafts are parallel to each other. There are pins between the upper and lower boxes for positioning., Noise is less than 85dB.
4) Main motor: AC variable-frequency motor produced by Shanxi Huafeng Explosion proof Motor Factory is selected. The variable-frequency governor is the product of INVERT, and other electrical components are domestic famous products.
5) Filter rubber extruder head: The structure of the filtering part is that the hydraulic oil cylinder drags the double station
quick change screen head, and 310 * 20mm film can be directly extruded after filtering. (Extruded film width and thickness are customized).
6) Base: The motor and reducer are installed on the same base with two planes for alignment. There are lifting holes for lifting.
7) Feeding seat barrel: the material of the feeding seat is ZG300-400, and it is equipped with a forced feeding roller.
