Product Description

Use: grinding rubber granulas into rubber powder, under normal temperature, the equipment has the capacity to get 10-20 mesh rubber particle crushed into 30-120 mesh particles fine powder for once through water-cooling.

1. Coarse Crusher

Preliminarily crushes waste tires, rubber scraps and other materials to obtain rubber powder particles with a certain particle size.

2. Screw Conveyor

Used for conveying rubber powder particles, which can control the conveying speed and flow rate of rubber powder particles.

3. Fine Pulverizer

The rubber powder granules are further processed into fine rubber powder.

4. Air Separator
