1.Raceway, the inner ring has two raceways and is tilted at an angle relative to the bearing axis. this clever structure makes it have automatic aligning performance, so it is not easy to be affected by the angle of shaft and bearing box seat on the error or shaft bending, and is suitable for installation error or shaft deflection caused by angle error occasions. in addition to the radial load, the bearing can also bear the axial load of bidirectional action.
2.The inner hole of the aligning roller bearing has two kinds of cylindrical and conical, the taper of the conical cone hole is 1:30 and 1:12, the conical inner hole bearing is equipped with a tight sleeve or a discharge sleeve, and the conical inner hole aligning ball aearing can be conveniently and quickly assembled on the optical shaft or the ladder machine shaft.

Description:
Spherical roller bearings have two rows of rollers with a common sphere raceway in
the outer ring and two inner ring raceways inclined at an angle to the bearing axis.
This gives them an attractive combination of design features making them irreplaceable
in many demanding applications. They are self-aligning and consequently insensitive to
misalignment of the shaft relative to the housing and to shaft deflection or bending.
