Rubber mixing mill is engineered to provide unmatched performance for masticating and kneading natural rubber, synthetic rubber, eva or pvc pellets with various chemical materials, the final materials can be fed to calender, hot presses or other processing machine for making rubber or plastic products. This machine is mainly used to plastic, hot mill and mixing mill of natural and synthetic rubber for rubber product factory. Rubber mixing mill is used for plasticizing, mixing, thermal refining and sheeting of rubber(plastic), widely used for tyre factory,conveyor belt factory, reclaimed rubber factory and shoes factory, etc.

Saturated steam and cooling water can be inputted in the empty roller to adjust speed of roller. Colloidal particles are drawn into the gap of the two rollers which make relative rotation in different velocity to mix rubber.
