High Efficient Rubber Mixer Internal Banbury Machine for Rubber Mixing
Application:
Rubber Banbury Mixer is mainly used for plasticizing and mixing of natural rubber, synthetic rubber, reclaimed rubber, and used in mixing of various degree materials. They are also suitable for mixing a variety of low viscosity materials.
The improved tangential and intermeshing rotor could meet most customers ' formula and processing requirements. Tangential type rotor has two-wings, four-wings structure, Inimprove rubber dispersion and cooling effect, guarantee the quality of rubber mixing.
Features:
1. Different type of rotors can satisfy the mixing technical requirement.
2. Rotor chamber, discharge door and ram are circulation-cooled. With TCU it can guarantee the quality of mixed rubber compound.
3. Touch surface of rotor, chamber, discharge door, ram and others contacting with mixing rubber is plated with chrome or wear-resistant hard metal.
4. Hydraulic type sealing structure guarantees the closed grain of the adhesive materials.
5. Upper ram is hydraulic or pneumatic pressure type, which can control the press continuously.
6. The floating weight is falling type, driven by gear and hydraulic oil tank with good sealing performance.
7. The mixing chamber is forged of the jacket type providing good cooling or heating effect. Its working face is built up by
welding with sintered carbide to resist abrasion and corrosion.
8. The rotor shaft is bored and welded with the Banbury rotor, forming the integrated construction. Water or steam can be led through the cavity to cool or heat it. The rotor wings are built up by welding with sintered carbide on the top and two side surfaces to resist abrasion and corrosion.
9. The hydraulic sealing that is pressurized externally is used for the end faces of the rotor. The pressure is adjustable and the sealing effect is good.
10. Operation of the discharge door is driven by the double-rack tilting cylinder with the crank retaining mechanism so that installation is easy, the start pressure low, the mechanical efficiency high, and the operation safe and reliable. The discharge door is of the drillhole cooled type and the working surface is built up by welding with sintered carbide.
11. The advanced PLC control technology and the intelligent display terminal are used for the control system. It provides the functions of intelligent operations and information indication in Chinese characters, such as setting the control parameters to the users requirement, giving appropriate prompts about the operation steps, dynamically displaying the mixing process parameters and detecting faults and giving alarms, which improves the reliability of the control system.
